Hi !
Non-life skill characters have priority over life-skill characters.
A non-life-skill character can farm NPCs for a long as they want, but life-skill (gathering) characters are limited by energy consumption. This is not equal.
Life skills (all gathering) should not consume energy.
Best Regards.
In the other hand, farming mobs requires buffs, agris, loot-scrolls to be worth.
I'm all for more buffs and presents, but this seems a bit much.

I'm not a life skiller anymore, however i actually have to agree with you. Life skillers have always gotten the short end of the stick from pa. The amount of silver needed for good mastery ie 1500+ to be able to make any silver is nuts. What most people don't seem to understand is that life skilling takes months and months to build mats into to sustain itself.
By removing the energy requirements that would allow people to gather all day if they so choose to.
However that would require massive reworks to the game. So what PA could do is adjust energy usage.
Say starting at artisan you have a 30% chance not to use energy, then at master it's 50% then guru it's 75%. This way they wouldn't have to rework much, but at the same time reward life skillers for getting stuff leveled.
you kill the whole points of energy pot and energy recovery stuff like Kama blessing and artefact.
Its hit the PA money, never going to happen.
Although I like the idea. Profit/h don't change much, but we can gather more freely.
But I can already see some exploitation that can be made for Water gathering and shoveling thinking quickly about it.
