Title: Make riding crop work on all mounts

Suggestion/Comments: Make so the Loggia, Izaro and Manos riding crop works on all mounts with no exception. There is no reason to restrict this to Horses and Camels (i think, correct me if i'm wrong). All mounts deserve love, and players that may want to ride a Mini-Elephant or a Donkey, or even a Alpaca should not be punished.
I don't see any reason for this to be Horses only.
