Thanks for the update - working for me now, too!
Wonder what the issue actually was ... but at least it's functional now.
Edit - Looking at the log file, it's got a couple 404 errors in it now. Guess it's failing-better as the current 'fix'? Has these lines in the first and third download blocks (the middle one looks fine), for me:
2023-02-10 11:41:11 [ERROR ] failed to response : 404
2023-02-10 11:41:11 [ERROR ] failed to download service ini file
2023-02-10 11:41:11 [INFO ] failed download(service.ini - type(NA))
I am successfully in game now; sounds like there might have only been a brief window where it worked, but definitely don't want to quit out to test that theory ><

premature, I am still seeing issues... but at least you don't get the dialog about failed to connect to the internet.
Edit:
Something is happening on the backend that is causing this... my guess is a patching server is TU

Yeah same, i can start the launcher but then nothing happens.
