Anyone know any good site or video to follow along to get the best / most fps in bdo while using remastered or even when playing node war/3v3 solare? (in lowest/optimal setting) I tried many guides out there but I still get low fps when I have 3080ti and  i7-9700k &32 ram... Thanks in advanced!

If there are other players near you, it's mostly depens on your (singlethread) CPU performance and not on gpu.

we dont know your screen monitor, if it is 4k screen and you run black desert in ultra you may have some difficulty to run it over 60 fps

and unfortunaly if too many people spam their firework your computer will have trouble to handle that 

Your 9700k is the issue, an idea would be to upgrade to a Ryzen 5800x3D, 330 EUR, absolute killer CPU for the buck, couple it with a cheap (prev owned?) 3xx, 4xx or 5xx AM3 chipset board and you´ll be set. 

Its fast 6 cores going over 6 or less then 6 negativelely impacts frame rates , gpu does alot of the work still.  Sounds like a bad SSD since this game  does do alot of random reads hence better ssd = less poppins an stuff an can even affect framerate(which it shouldnt)

If it isnt ssd then yeah cpu probs getting old but 80 fps seems low for 1440p an lower res with them specs

Edit:@OP are you playing the game on a harddrive by any chance or some slow cacheless ssd?

no its a cpu bottleneck, will most likely be in citys or some place where many people and horses and whatever is standing around. the cpu is pretty old already

Agreed with those commenting on the CPU. This game is CPU bound meaning your fancy GPU won't make much of a difference. A lot of games are CPU bound especially MMORPGs. When you buy a new GPU you also need to buy the rest of the hardware to match its performance, the 3090TI has high requirements so no matter what game you decide to play, you will never get the most out of your GPU with a low end configuration.

That is not fully correct. This game certainly can be GPU limited. I run a 3080 and ryzend 5 5600x. In remastered, my cpu is usually around 30-40% usage while my gpu hits the 98%+. But even in remastered I get easily over 150fps.

and yea, sadly, game is giga processor hungry. get newer proc like new am5 ryzen or am4 5800x3d or 13th gen intel and ull feel more upgraded than any piece of ingame gear. your GPU is more than fine.
