Title: Improve "Hide Cape" to affect more outfits in more ways

Suggestion/Comments: I like some outfits but wish I could hide some parts of those outfits. One example of this for me is the Alchemist's Clothes. I think the outfit overall looks great, but I'd love to be able to hide the belt satchels that hang from the sides of the waist. I dislike how they clip with my character's arms and would just like to be able to hide them. 

Without immediately thinking of other specific examples myself, I am sure there are many ideas of outfit parts that players would like to be able to toggle on or off. Player outfit choice, customization, and fashion in general is a highlight of this game, so I propose that any expansion on these features for additional customizability could be really nice to have. 

It would be really cool if a standard of "every outfit should have at least one object toggled on/off by "hide cape"" could be implemented. We already have precedent where "hide cape" is used to hide objects besides capes, for example the Shadow Chaser outfit, "hide cape" toggles the leggings not the cape. I'd suggest implementing this more broadly to allow more outfits to be more dynamic. 

Picture - Alchemist's clothes, woudn't it be nice if we could leave the satchels at home sometimes? A toggle to turn them on/off!

I'd also like it if they added an option to "display weapon with cape" so we can decide if we want it clipping or not. I've always hated how Warrior's Greatsword will go invisible when you sheath your weapon if you have a cape on. Because then I need to decide between cape visibility or sword visibility.
