The way this is worded sounds as if all players are already spending this much a month. Which is absurd lol because their not. Also why do you seem to defend a bad business practice with this statement of yours needing to meet equal numbers when its likely to be very low. Pearl's business tactics are essentially provide a cash solution for every thing to milk peoples wallets and not some sub like ffxiv for example. I highly doubt that their sales each month actually profit larger from temporary buffs in comparison to outfits. The post here by OP is exploring an idea that a cheaper good will be a win win.

- they dont need a 333% increase to see equal, or profit... because no ones spending this much as it is, comprehend? all 3 buffs being inside the value pack would mean more people would be willing to drop the $15 a month to have everything, over the $65, they would see more money, it is a Win Win.

Not really. It's easier to make a player who is already spending 15$ to spend 50$ more, than making a player who is spending 0$ to spend 15$.

It's easy to bait in spenders into spending more, but converting non spenders is very very hard.

Also almost noone buys 'em at full price, there is always discounts or boundles. The 65$ is just a markeing scam, so PA can advertise "good" deals when they sell it 50% off.

The main point of VP is the tax reduction and the merev plate for a few. Its irrelevant if they add the garbage buffs from the other two items, that not going to change how many players buy VP.

If anthing they should merge the two booster items (kama and book) into one item, and move the xp boosts and inventory increase form the VP to the other buff.

I regret this, but I doubt they will ever change the separated value pack, kama blessing, Book of Old Moon. 

They have different durations, and the in-game events hand out small amounts of time for each of these buffs in different durations as well. This means that the buffs are very likely to expire at different times, which is very useful from a cash shop perspective.

When one of the buffs expires and the player notices it, they are likely to visit the pearl shop to see what their options are for continuing the buff. Because all 3 buffs have separate durations and are staggered, this means the player is likely to visit the pearl shop multiple different times each month. Some players don't value the buff benefits as much (for example if you have all other sources of droprate, the 20% from kama blessing ends up being very minor & marginal. All of the buffs matter, but it can be reasonable to decide that they do not significantly matter.) But it is also notable that all 3 buffs have benefits for all kinds of players. It is not a though Old Moon Book is just for lifeskillers, for example - everyone could benefit from all of them. 

Anyway, when one buff is expired, if the player wants to reactivate it, they require pearls to pay for a new buff. Chances are, they do not currently have enough pearls to get the buff, so they need to buy pearls. If they are buying pearls, then they have to decide how many pearls to buy. Chances are, the player will decide to buy more pearls than required to buy the buff alone. maybe they buy the next larger pearl package and get the buff that expired, as well as some other item, too. 

If there was just one simple subscription with no staggered expiration dates, then there are some players who currently visit the shop multiple times a month... who would then only visit the shop once per month. 

Just like how enhancing is RNG, subtly tempting & prodding the playerbase with the cash shop is RNG, too. While some folks are financially responsible and frugal, others will forget how recently they were last in the shop, and get more, and more, each time. The goal is to get people to browse & think about how to optimally spend money in the shop. The goal is to improve the odds that some percent of players will engage. It might not work on this individual or that individual, but over the thousands of players it gets enough hits to be worthwhile.
