Suggestion/Comments: Kind of a no brainer here.. Let us melt artifacts that we don't want/need into shards, then allow us exchange X shards for whichever we want.
I honestly don't care how many shards you require. After 30 hours in Kratuga and still only 1 GD HP artifact.. I could melt 200 and be happy doing it.
Actually malding/losing hair at this point over this stupid AF BS...
