Please do something about the disparity in PvP between evasion builds and DR builds.

The difference in survivability between these two builds is more than just unbalanced, it defines the entire meta of classes at the top levels of pvp. I shouldnt see succ novas theorycrafting about how much evasion they can get in a desperate attempt to be able to survive.
