U muss be new to F2P games, but that's just how they make money.

The best f2p game is Warframe....that game gives you free dyes and also permanent ones not one time use like the dyes that are not on Merv palette...

Alright so bare with me. What if when you dye an item with Mervs palette it just stays that way? Even after the buff expires.

To clarify. Dyes in this proposal would be permanent until changed with the palette or removed with bleech without palette access.

Frankly im surprised it doesnt work this way already and wondering from a fairness approach why we dont have this functionality for basic character expression. The dye system at large is a train wreck since most of the features are behind paying real money for either a temporary change or RNG chance to get dyes you probably dont want from packs(Which is in dire need of positive QoL adjustments too). Such as making dyes without some other non pearl shop method.

This proposal does not nullify the existing systems in my opinion. Since the likelihood of someone being anal about their dye choice will still make them want a value pack for dye changes or whatever else reason.

Yes, i would love to see that the colors stay even after the VP expires or they could do a daily for NPC "Ficy" where all you have to do is talk to her select a dye and that's it but also make the dyes permanent and not consumables (because right now creating a char for one dye and staying like 30mins with killing mobs in season is really boring)

You know there were many post like this one... nothing happened,  because that posts doesn't had enough likes. :(

Btw one of the ideas was to add craftable dyes...and so on.

I really hope they make some changes this time. It is so annoying that I cannot to dye my costumes the colour I want.

Yeah it shows much about how clueless u are if you think ppl buying VP for the inventory or weight or the remote node stuff.
In fact lot more buy VP for the dyes than all the ones you wrote here combined.

I use the free VP that come around for the 30% on the marketplace.

They at least could make all colors tradeable, and colors that are bought and on the palette, repackable again to trade or mix them.

But as long there are peoples seriously pay a huge amount for the right color mix, my hope are small, they will change anything about it.

I would really like to see a change to the dye system. As it stands, I just ignore it and use the default colors for outfits (and don't buy outfits that have bad colors)

In other games I play with usable dye systems, I change the colors regularly. I do things more thematically and I enjoy doing that kind of customization. Once I learned that merv's palette just vacuumed the colors off my character when it expired, I dropped this dye system.

The purchasable dyes are unworkable because not only are they consumed upon use, but they are also random and require bleach to reset. It's a system so out-of-touch that it actually makes me mad thinking about it.

I have spent way too much money on this game and I have lots of neat outfits, but I don't touch the dye system. I'm not F2P by any stretch of the imagination, but I also don't maintain a VP. It's a weird midground.

I would love to be able to utilize the dye system, even if it was in a limited capacity like the beauty system. As it stands today though, it's a frustration I have with this game. I get that they're looking for things that make the Value Pack have value, but for me this isn't adding value, it's just a broken system.
