Suggestion/Comments:
We have gotten some dyes over the years and also through the heidel quest per character, which is a major hassle to get some permanent dyes. Please consider adding a quest per region with the local material vendor that is daily or weekly where you have to either kill X mobs of the region or collect X of a local resource (Example Aloe or Elric cultist for Mediah or Nagas and Lamb meat for Serendia). This would then give a single regional dye so one might get lucky and get the color they want or they have to collect dyes to do the dye swap.
Yes the Merv palette exists that we also get with value pack but it would be really nice if it were more accessible to dye permanently outfits for those that want their outfit to look good no matter what.

I understand this may hit the value pack benefit but I do not think I am alone that with the permanence of the other dyes it feels a little bit like your own armour.
