Since 8th, all stuff and dailies from Port Ratt will be moved to Oquilla, and area will be unavailable.
Do we at least get a wharf nearby until Morning Light is released?
Lekrashan daily for most people require constant resupply, and while we can use Origin of wind it's availability is limited. Smaller ships will have problem going back to Oquilla to be resupplied, so there is an issue for those that want to do Lekrashan, while awaiting for new area.

OP naive to assume that PA know about any content near port rat,  if i understand notice correctly, they just gonna wall out new zone = no lekra at all, unless they also will be moved. most likely they gonna kill margo bartering as well.

There were a few underwarter exploration quests out that way too.  Once per family, it's been a long time, so I don't remember specifics.  I do remember having to finish them during a nodewar session, since the sea monsters were still aggro'ing in that area back then.  

We'll see what arrangements they have made when we get them.  And transportation: an Oquilla's Eye ferry was always needed (although it lessens the sense of remoteness), but will we still have free transport to the new region? Round trips using Magnus could be costly if they continue withg the same pricing scheme.
