I agree with this, although, 15-20 seconds is excessive. It should not exceed 5 seconds, in my opinion. Where does this help (besides PvP) is in some PvE situations such as Atoraxxion, where you wish to revive instantly, but because you died at a high damage area (such as during a boss fight), you just end up dying again and again. A few seconds immunity would help with regaining control over your character and not getting stuck in a death loop.

But then again, there can be complications for this in regard to PvP. They would need to disable your damage and CC skills during the immunity period to prevent it from getting abused.
