Rather than leaving Heilang unable to do damage why not have him unable to do it as often if we afk?
Example:
1. Tamer enters combat.
2. Heilang is set to Command: Help
3. Heilang does full damage
- (no reduction to 0 accuracy as he currently has)
4. Tamer afks
- (imagine you have to get up to check baby monitor, etc)
5. Heilang's accuracy drops by 30% after 30 seconds afk.
6. Heilang's accuracy drops by 30% again after another minute thereafter.
7. Heilang's accuracy drops to its current levels a minute after that.
....
8. Tamer returns from afk.
9. Tamer eners combat.
10. Heilang's accuracy returns to useful.
You've already introduced the Shai, Woosa, and Maegu for infinitely sustained AoE fields. So, the arguement that nerfing our AoE into oblivion was necessary to make us more balanced in PvE. It's been what? 6 years Heilang's been unable to do damage predictably. Can he now?
Well, they completely made Nova's guards stand like statues until she attacks. Too bad. Hope this isn't the case for Heilang.
