How to Submit Bug Reports

Greetings Adventurers,
Welcome to the bug report forum.
In order to organize your bug reports, please use this forum section and create posts with the following requirements:
- Titles must be a short summary statement of the contents of the post (ideally 12 words or less).
Example of a good title:The UI resets after every Windows update.Example of a bad title:ui bug
- Please limit each post to a single topic/report.
- Please make sure to attach images/videos showing the bug if an explanation is not sufficient.
- When sending your bug report, please be as clear and concise as possible.
- If the bug is repeatable, please give us a step by step guide on how to reproduce the issue as this will make it easier for us to replicate, examine, and test any potential bugs.
Example of a step by step guide:
1. Log in to BDO and enter the world
2. Press ESC -> Edit UI
3. Adjust the UI and save
4. Close BDO
5. Perform Windows Update
6. Launch BDO back up
7. Observe issue: UI has been reset
