As of this update, archmap fishing no longer works . Not only has the distance bonus we once enjoyed been removed, PA explicitly did not import the port Ratt trader to OE. I understand the distance bonus being a casualty. It sucks, but I can tell that things were due to technical limitations. However, what I can’t understand is why remove the trade manager- I made a major effort to farm Archaeologist’s map so I could fish easily. It was a big accomplishment. So I’m asking you, PA- please give us at least a consolation prize since we were already nerfed so hard. Please add a trader to OE. Please return the value to our Treasure items.

If nearest city on Archmap lead us now to.... Oquilla Eyes... you can say Goodbay to the Distance Bonus we had from Ross Sea ... and yes i also feel so sad about it, Archmap fishing to Port Ratt was so cool....

Waking up in the morning before going to my Office, i could Archmap to Port Ratt from an Island far in Ross Sea (or OE), sell fish, repair, come back, fishing all day, and the Distance Bonus was really interesting... all that in a few minutes... (and it was also the main reason for me grinding the Archmap.)

As it is, for me (and others), the benefits i had from the "Fishing revamp" PA did is lost....  :(

Archmap fishing enabled me to take a 2 1/2 year break from BDO while building a nice nestegg to return to from all that fishing.  All I had to do was leave the game in system tray and every 12hr's or so do the archmap turn-ins.  It's the activity that retained my BDO account.

Velia Beach and Kama fishing is NOT the same thing.

Many players grinded these archmaps specificially for the privilage of archmap fishing in Ross.  

I sincerely hope that when the new region opens, there is a trade manager there, and they RESTORE the ability to use the archmap from anywhere in the Great Ocean to get to the new region.
