[Concept] Class Passives need a Redesign

They don't. There are only 2 types of feedback that get implemented:
1. Something that was already planned in the pipeline years ago (and PA can pretend they listened)
2. A fire that is publicly burning which could lead to a major loss in retention (ie. big Stream0rman getting ganked)
Nothing less, nothing more.
At this point, I am really wondering what they are paying their Community/Social management team for, since they sure af are not moderating this forum [the alleged main point of feedback for the game] - only here to ban someone with too many reports (or that pissed off a content0man), or to pretend that someone's feedback was listened to (even though it was planned by PA since 2022). The least they could do is moderate poop-posting and circle-j3rk debates and at best they should be in every single feedback article to collate duplicates and inform players of company decisions for certain items [if they are happening, when, and why they are not happening].
But just like the rest of the game, money is good, it keeps on flowing, so why put in any effort when you can maximize profit with non of it?

Sadly that seems to be the case with most gaming companies. They barely even glance at the feedback forums unless its to remove certain posts and place bans on people. They REALLY need to do a better job at moderating. As well as communication. It seems the only reason the feedback forum even exists is to give players the illusion that they listen. Players don't expect to get everything they ask for, or even half as that's not realistic. But to blatantly ignore the playerbase is...upsetting to say the least. They need to realize that Korea isn't their only playerbase and start listening to the others who play and enjoy this game and want to see it not only succeed, but thrive. This is currently the best mmorpg on the market but it can be so much more. It's really frustrating to know how much potential this game has only to see it squandered. But alas all the complaining and wishing in the world will not make it so...

Customization of your class has gotten worse consistently over time and so many changes have been made because of factors related to class imbalance (pve evasion nerfs because some classes are blind).
It would definitely be nice to be able to make your class remotely tanky in DR via passives, have lifeskilling parity, spec into accuracy for the blind among us, etc.
If it brings to light more imbalance by showing how some classes have baked in snake oil passives? All the better.
At least then they might finally be addressed (looking at you AP, attack speed, or casting speed passives).
