Yeap, thats why a few people are against them changing it to much, unfortunately the value changes between awaken and offhand. One is extremely important the other is a mixed bag. Hence my comment about spec eva, since you have a dp meme its more useful then someone with just "normal" gear with a "normal" build , adjustments are needed but PA are ignoring the dp issue by using the words of "We dont want to cause a gear gap problem" considering it already exists but thats a different issue entirely.

I do think with the new region they will add a feature /method to getting a second garmoth heart since kr has issues garmoth hearts to. Either that or vells heart both need some type of system to be guranteed even if its 25% more expensive an abit time consuming 

Stamina is very important for some classes. You forget that it is responsible for a lot of quick moves and some skills.

And again those lies because I've never written anything like that, so read with understanding:  impossible to complete for many players (getting 50 turo hearts solo for some classes is unfeasible). Just because you completed them doesn't mean 100% of players did. There was a whole topic about it here to change Turo to a solo zone.

Also most of these quests are pointless since they make us pay for this heart. 

Dark Spirit's Greed x70 - big loss.

100 of Wind, Earth, Water, and Tree - loss (fortunately not very big).

Hesed's Crystal x10 - loss (but almost none because Black Energy Residue has no value and no greater use anyway).

Concentrated Boss's Aura x5 - big loss.

Concentrated Magical Black Gem x100 - extreme big loss.

Magical Shards x50 - loss (currently lower due to increased crystal drop (but a loss is a loss).

Alchemy Stone Shard x1,500 - big loss.

Cantarnia's Crystal x9 - a completely absurd quest that costs us 4,5b, so only this one quest is already 50% of the heart value.

Summary: I've counted it a long time ago and in total these quests cost us about 80% of the market value of a heart.

So what are these quests for? Let's just add garmoth heart to buy from NPC.

Conclusion: before the heart drop went to zero after adding these quests, heart cost around 7-8b, and there were always some hearts on the market. Even today I remember how I had a problem to sell them, I even made an inverted one but there were no takers for it either.

Add Garmoth's Heart and Vell's Concentrated Magic into Crow Coin shop alongside with the current Khan's Concentrated Magic

Yes, but heart should be a reward, and in such quests it's just a purchase. Currently these quests (not counting Dark Spirit's Greed) cost us over 7,75b. 

I am not saying that garmoth drop rate shouldn't be increased but I DISAGREE with this reasoning - you would need to compare PO numbers at a time some weeks after such event.
This is a trait of this marketplace system: when there is an increased production of for example garmoth hearts (because of the event) then there is also increase in PO because ppl who would need to freeze those 9b for a month in hopes to get a heart now can freeze this silver for a week and have ~same result in the form of probability in succesfully buying the heart.
Not even mentioning that such events spread awareness of this item and have a psychological impact of hyping players to get the heart for themselfs - further increasing number of POs.

Well, I do have a couple of spare hearts on warehouse.. In fact, I'm actually waiting on PA to increase the cap on the heart before selling those.. I'm sure there might also be other players around with the same mindset as mine.

And who will buy them?

With the exception of this one quest involving Turo's hearts, everything else is simple and requires only: 8b and some grinding (and time).

I gave the "price list" above and the rest is:

400 Intact Nouver's Reverse Scale - easy, just grind boss

Kill 10 000 Ahibs - boring and pointless but easy

100 of Wind, Earth, Water, and Tree Spirit Stone Fragments - common drop so just grind

Black Energy Residue - common drop so just grind

Reach Lv. 62 - with many exp event and scrolls, even if you play 1 hour a day you can level up from 61 to 62 in two weeks.

Oh I don't know.... Around 1k+ players seem to want one..
