Black loading screen,Cant log in

this is the loading screen i get stuck in, the icon rotates and still loads but nothing else happens, this screen is after the main screen has loaded where the little spirit runs from left to right as a loading screen, ive re installed game/ran the check files/ sfc scans and nothing, my nvdia drivers are up to date as well, if anyone else expiriencing this and has found a solution please help! Thank you all

I recommend deleting cache and then repairing game files once again. If that doesn't work, please send a ticket to support.

Just started getting this today after powercut deleted and repaired etc
did you get it sorted?
