Why is PVP damage counted as PVE origin vs PvE Iframes? Who coded this tragedy?

hot what ? Pray gods some Koreans will notify KR PA devs about so mb in 9 month's its will be "fixed". If report come from NA/EU its never gonna be aknowledge as bug, PA pubisher support will suggest you to clear game cache.

we are lucky if they addres this in 3months, last time they screwed up wizard and witch pets it took them that long or longer.
