The collateral convenience damage of the Trading revamp is you can only sell fish or gathering trade items in 8 cities now.

Velia, Heidel, Calpheon, Altinova, Valencia City, Grana, Duvencrune, Eilton.

Huge convenience nerf to Gathering/Fishing.

If it's still not selling in those cities, then implementation was as well thought out as the changes themselves and it's broken/bugged.

This has me super concerned, as it could kill afk fishing. If I have to run around and spend extra time just to sell fish then I see no point in afk fishing. I get very little time so afk fishing gives me that little silver daily and it adds up alot. I have not been impressed with the videos about the new region and the stupid amounts of frustration for the new gloves upgrade either. BDO doesn't feel like it's moving in a very good direction this year.

These cities may include Shakatu and Olvia.  Searching for "Trade Manager' marked these.  I did not actually go there to check.

So everyone is called a "Trade Manager".  There is no differentiation between those who sell only and those in the "representative towns and major cities".  The good news is that it does not appear to be necessary to have nodes connected to sell fish and get the regular price plus distance bonus.  I guess AFK fishing will be limited to areas near the coastal cities/towns on the list.

Wolfgang at the southern gate was the only one I could find. He did buy my polished soles.

The only issue I have with afk fishing is that the imperial fishing vendor is in Port Ephiria, and Calpheon's trade manager is in the south part of Calpheon City.

I used to map from the Ocean to Port Ephiria sell everything to the imperial vendor, then if I had any left over I would just dump them at the trade manager and map back to my boat.  Now I have to afk run to Wolfgang in southern Calpheon.  It is nice that I make more doing that overall, but it sucks that It is way more inconvenient.

You have not needed nodes connected for selling fish for a few years now.
