If this is supposed to be capped content/training wheels it is very weird for the gear & excess silver to make such a large difference. 

Totally agree only issue is they've balanced some classes around HP, such as shais. Whereas others are balanced around class mods (supposedly).

Both of those topics would also need addressing.

There should be a way to count class-based HP, and gear+crystal+consumable based HP, separately. And only cap the gear+crystal+consumable based HP. 
This way, a ranger can still have low HP and a berserker can still have high HP, but you would NOT see a ranger with 3k hp vs a ranger with 6k hp. 

no cap, they do it horribly with cutting max % hp as we seen before which was fun for healers and wasnt even fair across the board for many classes.

they need to give specialized gear sets for each class (and spec!) (so shai gets to have dp set etc)without which u cant participate in nw and get teleported out if any of the slots change. only thing you should be able to change are crystals. 

also, all consumables beside potions for hp/mp should be banned. for obvious reasons.

if u r gonna give them ideas, do it properly. and best of all, you dont need multiple of these sets, just one for all capped content. and pray they do it right. also it will show whats op due to class and what PA thinks who shit clases are and what balance is.

Yeah surely if they not managed to balance anything in this game literately, they would manage to balance the specific gear right? It's not like half the classes would be useless in AOS with the gear they managed to give....

maybe this time my class ends up in good 50% tho. or they actually do their job properly.
