Some of us only have so many hours a week to play and this can sometimes be during 1 or 2 days. As much as Id like to see time gating removed from bartering completely I doubt that request will ever be heard so what I am requesting is that you give us all of our refreshes at once and then that resets on thursday or whenever.

For all of this to work the 4 hour cooldown either needs to be removed or replaced with spend this much parley before you can refresh. The point system would also go away and instead you get your usual 2 ship / 2 trade limit per day x 7 so 14/14 to use until the thursday reset. This allows you to get all your bartering in that would normaly require you to somehow login every 4 hours even on days you cannot play to refresh, completed on your time off work and time off from other real life issues.

Not every activity can be done by everyone, and they can't change the system to accommodate everyone.

I don't see the issue. You'd be doing the same amount of work for the same end result that the current system allows. What exactly is bad about this?

The scroll cooldown needs to be halved, parlay on it refresh doubled, and bartering will be good to go.

I personally think it should just go back to its original system that it came out with at launch of bartering if its prices and amount you get per area is going to just be as it is now. Delete parley and just reset barters every 4 hours whether you want it to or not. Barter for as much as you want with no caps on the amount other than how much each island has to barter. Only change to it is to make it where you can do normal bartering or ever 4 hours you can get ship upgrade materials. The original system is great, they just wanted to find a way to make it pay to win by adding buffs to the value pack and item collection scrolls and changed it to the parley system. But due to neglect, even the pay to win system is pointless for bartering. I have a fully upgraded ship with nol, gathering and alchemy/cooking are 1000000000% more worth it than bartering still.

I personally think this is the wrong approach and I'm glad it isn't like that anymore. I feel resetting causes more FOMO, making you feel like you need to be on all the time to check, or need to do this barter now or lose it. That just's bad game design and only good for those who are lucky enough to be home all day.

At least now, you can reset, if it's bad, you wait, if it's great, you can do it whenever you want.

I also think people are missing the point of what people are asking for. If people here wanted to cook, they would. Some of us don't like opening the game and seeing a cooking utensil, no matter the profit involved. People want to barter, earn some silver, and build ships, etc. They don't want to be penalized for working during the week and are happy enough to spend all weekend sailing, that is what's fun to them, not silver/hr.
