i would suggest/nicely ask you increasing your support staff amount and/or change the priority for processing Tickets.
My wife got banned for a trancaction not going through by Terminal3 even tho they booked the money off her bank account.
now we are waiting for 9 Days for a response which is ridiculous if you are banned from the Game.
This is a very bad situation and tickets regarding bans and payment problems should be solved as FIRST priority.

Speaking how you are and telling someone they are being ignorant of reality in the way you did, is wrong. If you have a better way of suggesting how they ask for improvements to customer service, do so. If not, this thread is not worth responding to, for you.

Dude literally asks for special treatment. His issue has nothing to do with the number of tickets and how many employees work on them.

OP, did you try going on the Black Desert discord for help? I think some CM's/GM's are there and may also respond.
While this other human is being rude, they do make a point. The queue system for tickets has a priority system in place and it's doubtful that they would change that, no one should really be given special treatment. It sucks that the transaction resulted in a ban, so I'm sorry to hear it and I'm sorry it's taking so long for you to get a response. Good luck getting this resolved!
They currently have that big banwave stuff to deal with which is why I assume they are slow atm. Lots of people saying they were unjustly banned and PA is investigating what happened. I do believe there were fake positives but this isn't the place to discuss this. Unfortunate timing regarding the ban of your wife's BDO account.

Terminal3 aka Paymentwall is a weird company and i hope i wont have to go to court because of this( but be sure i will if i have to).
aint gonna give them her account worth thousands of hours and euros without fighting.
Anyone know if all Payments go through this 3rd Party Company.
Because i know for sure once this stupid stuff is handled i wont ever pay any money through Paymentwall for sure.
