These are old, obsolate items, that are only used to exploit the gear caps.
Simply delete these items from the game. There is no reason of any kind why they still exits.

These are some of the items that prevent already broken classes that Pearl Abyss balancers are completely ignorant of, from being absolute menaces.

dont see the point of these items to be honest? how do these translate into uncapped content? all they do it arbitrary help chosen combo classes to be even better at "capped" content.
