Currently the offensive artifacts are split into 3 different types, melee, range, magic; This is not necessery because a melee class cannot utilize range or magic damage/accuracy artifacts but the problem arise when if a player main a melee class, and then tag a range or magic based class, the artifact effects would not be fully utilized.

Propose change -> Unify the offensive artifacts so it's all damage + X or all accuracy + X.
