Kakao is doing the classic "its my last day at work why bother" move
Tickets are left unanswered or given some random generic copy paste after 4 weeks.
They're reallly slowing down their support and I really hope all those ticket that is sent due to problems during kakao ownership wont be counted as non-fixable after handover

If the backed-up tickets in the system DONT see resolution, you will see some kids starting fires over here on the forums after the dust settles. Or perhaps there are major game wide changes that are going to befall us, and thats the reason why they cant/wont resolve these issues yet.

I understand your frustration regarding tickets and offer my condolences. Please understand at this time account transfer issues are taking priority and all other tickets are taking a back seat. Some in-game issues may or may not be serviceable during this time due to these reasons.
If it is not super important and you can bare with us with a little patience, my advice would be to wait until the 24th after PA takes the handoff for publishing. At that time you can submit a support ticket for in-game issues to the PA Support Team.
