When an area of the game is lacking we normally see it get a boost.. Next they are buffing some areas in jade forest and Elvia.

Hmm, well as you do with Pve areas, time to treat PvP the same and buff it.
And yes, less people PvP than Pve; many reasons for that, one is the reward… But here is the kicker - that I think is missed when it come to looking at feedback, and I notice this one my own channel.
A lot of PvEs come to see other PvP, it’s a huge attractor to BDO, even if most do not or never will pvp. They want their champions.
You are not allowing such players to progress and focus on PVP (only people in special position can achive the progress needed, you are locking out the normal player), you force them into Pve, None of my content is pve (well maybe 5%) so as a content creator, any time spend outside of PvP is a wasted of media air time.
Only reason I wasted this time? Rewards for pvp… I don’t wanna be there, my viwers don’t want me to be PvEing .. They want me gearing up learning and passing on what I earn.
There are less PvPers in game than PvErs, but the impact of PvPer in BDO (West) is lager than it’t numbers, by a big amount.

I like the idea, but I don't think it should be tied to loot scroll. I would rather it be tied to agris and each match consumes a maximum of 25k agris (allowing for a maximum of 4 matches of maximum rewards). Tying it to the loot scrolls makes it feel like I'm grinding RBF which is not what I want for PvP content.

Rewards are mainly around objectives. A full DP player who spends most of an RBF match contesting and capturing points can earn over 100 points, while the most prolific killers are only going to gain 30 kills aka 30 points a match.
they definately need to remove debuff from enemy home node then. its dp build infested playground as it is now.
I've seen witches and wizards in awakening. ABUSING there pets to auto afk farm in centaurs. (Sitting in the center of a double pull) letting there summons kill. Making huge money!

Give PVP, a more rewarding system that actually prevents players like that from entering RBF reward pool.

im not sure how is anyone geting huge money from pets out of all things killing anything as its highly inneficient, but if u see those peope report them and they will/should get banned.
Most of my best friends in game have loved pvp and been super active, but the idea of grinding 200h for their next upgrade has just not been appealing so they eventually just quit. I think lots would come back with some way to make steady progression while pvping.

Any change/improvement to PvP gains in Bdo would be a net gain, so if this has to be it, so be it. Main problems I could see deriving from your system is that it is heavily skewed towards rewarding Gear/Class selection and doesn't focus on the actual Goals of certain activities (past a certain point) or the interactions that take place during those activities.

Gear/Class is what is rewarded in both PvE and Lifeskilling, class imbalance exists. There is no question. Due to this imbalance should PvP players just simply not be rewarded? Woosa grinds 25% faster than a corsair and I grind 300% more money than a 550 GS seasonal player. Yes, more gear in pvp should mean more money just like in PvE and even more mastery means more money in life skilling too.
This idea does not ignore the goals of RBF at all, kills are heavily underweighted in my formula and the primary point generator is going to be capturing and contesting points. If you are present for 10 point captures, you already earn more points than the most prolific killers in RBF who usually get 30 kills a game.
What you've done here is a red herring argument. I do not think, nor ever said or assumed in what I said, that higher (see: dedicated) geared players shouldn't be making more silver in RBF. I specifically used the word Class / Gear selection.
Let me clarify - in the current system that you've written, Evasion/Dp Meme builds will become even more prevalent (further inflating the costs of accuracy gear and disrupting a bunch of other stuff) and rooftop snipers will become the meta. Classes that have broken passives and skill modifiers will just further kill off the fun in any of the sub-A tier classes in the game due to the virtue of being able to dip into certain builds more easily.
Just a short list of objectives and interactions you're ignoring:
- Successfully CC Player(s)
- Assisting Kills
- Damage Dealt
- Damage Taken
- Successfully Defending Points after contesting
- Successfully Contesting Point against multiple players
- Blocking Damage with Frontal Guard
- Avoiding CCs with Superarmor
- Successfully debuffing Player(s) Times
- Casting 100% BSR (and getting x Kills)
- M m m multikilllll
- Teammates buffed for shai-tan
...
These are just mine (see: ripped off from other games) with many more discussed by others both here and on reddit.
All of these need to either be baked into the coefficients you are using to calculate silver/match, or they need to be quests/match goals that award certain bonuses.
As I said initially, the idea is good, just average. There are many other existing ideas you need to bake into it so that it's more "Fair and Balanced(TM)". What this system would lead to is just more eva-monkeys and range to be (an even bigger) king in RBF, which is kind of meh.
But, also as I said initially, RBF/Pvp needs any kind of change, and if this is it, so be it.
I personally would prefer equal rewards for individual performance that are based on the aforementioned parameters, so that each niche of the game rewards the same (whether you're a full dp shai/monkey/nova or an accuracy ranger). That way, you don't reward PA's broken balance, but gameplay styles themselves.
