Very good Idea in general.

Even some issues with the proposed Ranking system already have been discussed I would like to elaborate more on it.

As we all know RBS is not exactly beginner friendly due to high gear requirements to even have an impact on the outcome of the match. That alone is already a big gatekeeper for RBF.

Still some players at the lower end of the typical RBF Players having fun there, and give all they can provide to help the team. For some of them that might just be "Make sure nobody catches 1 or 5 in late game state" so all they do is camping 1 or 5 depending on team or do the opposit and constantly sneak it, sometimes with no success.

I think those players can still bring great value to their team even tho with the proposed system they would not get much points and money in the end.

And then there are players like me for example who have the gear to participate in the offensive part of the match and have 15 kills on average in a RBF, its also the case that sometimes im more in the mood to play the role of a defender on 2 or 4. Also playing full offensive just for the kills is not always the best way to contribute to the team, however in this ranking system its the favored playstyle.

Then we have the Spawncamping issue. Its not that prominent in Valencia RBF, camping 1 or 5, but happens sometimes. Here again it may result in the looser team getting almost no points evente dealing 30k dmg fore some players is super hard in this scenario. In addition it also rewards the campers to get as much kills as possible. Until now when a game tends to become a camping game i personally mostly stayed back and just protected 3, because i just dont want to participate in that. If rewarded for kills dmg etc. that might change for me and others and the camping might even happen more often an become even worse.

So in the end, yes it needs a way to prevent afk leechers from making big time money. However overly rewarding the well geared offensive classes also doesn't seem right to me. The gap between 15 Top ranked players and the rest seems too big for me. It reinforces selfish behaviour and may discourage teamplay. Having a ranking is not a bad idea per se and i would like to have one, but i think it needs more refinement and the drop off for rewards should not be that steep.

But in general i agree a lot that RBF could benefit from better rewards, and maybe it will bring more diversity of players to enjoy it, but only if they don't feel too punished for having less gear.

This would get me back into pvp, which I don't spend time on at all anymore.

This is an excellent idea, grinding gets to tiring to quickly. What I love about BDO the most is the variety of gameplay it offers me in the same game, this would enhance the game at giving me more freedom of choice which is what a true open world is. 10/10
