Cannot minimize when dead

Can't minimize the game if you're dead. Sure, you should keep playing but if you need to step away for a few mins you can't minimize the game. The death overlay has a higher "z-index" than the send to tray dialogue. Shift + right mouse click on the game to minize doesn't do anything as the game overwrites the default windows function.

Press Esc - F10 - 3.
Set a shortcut for minimizing game. (eg. Alt+M)
