And if we didnt need that they wouldnt have tied it to crystal slots we will most definately need for any build. Try that backwards logic someplace else. 

For garmoth in particular, I believe the quest for it atleast needs the other world boss requirements removed - Like what does Nouver have to do with Garmoth? (It could just refund those) Other than things like that, having tough challenges seem fine.

For Vell, I think there needs to be a quest added for that, or pity pieces from killing sea monsters or similar 

Especially since the spawn time are almost always at set times, and people that work evenings can't ever make it to the events. It essentially makes it unfair for those that don't stay at home.

It does yes and guess what you will end up completing almost both infinite pots before you get close to that One heart, spend 8b+ on making it. Not a terrible system mind you but last i checked...We need 2 hearts for Both slots..so PA can either remove the requirement, make it a quest people have to do..like there doing in land of the morning light. OR let people do 2 quests for the same darn thing, spend 16b+ for both hearts 

Nouver is Garmoth's husband.

It takes 3 months not 7-8 months.  Doing one Bloodstorm gives you 8-9, doing the weekly gives a substantial amount as well.  So you suggest lengthening the time it takes to do the pity quest to 4 months instead?

Im wanting a Pity system that works with the current system as it stands you get ONE Heart and only ONE from bloodstorm from months of going there Yea? But We need 2. and we are stuck praying we either get one at the 0.001% drop rate ((Same as vell but you see more vells get listed)) OR waiting behind the manymany pre orders for that same heart of which some of us have been going to garmmy for years sense her release, never getting one At all

Yes if u can participate in every nouver spawn and event. Many can't it took me 6 months to finish this questline. And it happends only because we had event for double amount of nouver scales. You should take pov of casual player, not players who can log in into game every hour whenever they want because they are minority not majority.

I got my garmoth heart from nouver for 4 months probably. And i still cant buy it from central market, i have  2 pre orders for both  simple and invert garmoth hearts.    Add or pity system for garmoth heart or possibility to get  2nd garmoths  heart like from nouver.   Get  200 items from offin as  example.  

In the past year i've gotten 7 vell hearts and 3 garmoth hearts.  You just need to git gud.
