Yeah I understand that its annoying but that doesn't corrolate with the class being strong in the overall game. The grapple is strong but we play in a meta where people don't care about landing cc's in the first place. I still have to go for a CC in melee range while from 30 feet away I am getting hit by an extreme amount of range and all of my HP is being chipped away standing.

The same as every other melee class rn, this just means range damage needs to be reduced in PvP.

This was hidden by admin due to the reports it has received.

Not exactly, most melee classes already has the chip damage potential and kit in chasing targets or innately tanky/utility that can close the range-advantage gap. Ranger has great neutral play because of her stationary SA and iframe but neutral play dont matter nowdays when all the other classes run around protected at mach speed with no stamina repercussion. That's why we don't see Awk Ranger and Awk Ninja in the game because good neutral play classes are just too slow and stamina starved for the meta.

You say that ranged classes need to be nerfed, but they just buffed archer by a considerable amount, so clearly they have no plans to nerf the ranged meta. But then not only that, you are 100% right nearly every melee class deals with this, but others like Striker for example just got buffs to help deal with the ranged damage thats in the game, and we can probably assume that others will be in the near future. So doesn't it make sense that I would get something as the rest of melee classes?

Tbf striker should never of been buffed, i think his protections shouldnt be gapless but seeing range damage an ccs (they can ignore protections cause of servers processing) doesnt matter what you play everything is leaning towards range meta, but i do get your pov, its unfortunate

I dont mind if they buffed pve for all classes to being a simlar range of trash per hour with a average but i disagree with PAs logic on the pvp side of things they paper scissors rock (as you will remember how it use to be) has been turned into everyone is paper an everyone is scissors at the same time, hence why true range classes are broken in most scenarios to do with pvp.

For archer his pve was pretty low, but from what i gather an have been told  his pve was nerfed, but pvp buffed. PA did their usual and  buffed the wrong way around again for another class since they definitely listen to their majority of their player base.... 

I dont know exactly how much archer really struggled in 1v1 pvp, but i know for sure mass pvp he wasnt unless the player doesnt know positioning at all.

Another issue for protections which i havent seen talked about as much lately(i could be wrong on it not being talked about as much as it was) is how the servers are processing protections vs ccs since quite often lately people are being cced during protections , its gotten worse since reworks, before anyone says its latency , it not just latency now its happening to people with less than 100ms latency rn and siege and other mass pvp ,people can forget protections in these situations compeltely alot of the time (thats a combonation of server issues and to much damage). Which i can see awaken  rangers having the same issue as awaken kuno with being cced out of protections(or even one shot randomly) even though your clearly protected the server issues is probably the most important issue as this also effects potions going off and stamina regen in sieges or when server loads is higher than normal.

Also i dont disagree with the premises of a standing still skills that are SA/fg regenerating  stamina your not moving an some other classes already have this.
