BSRs should be totally removed from PvP

Also op's problem is not an issue, since anyone who are building 200%rage setbonus just for the fashy animations never going to have pen debos anyway, and in real situations you don't need 200% setbonus since you will be feeded by rage anyway.

they chud add the same debuff to bsr like normal skills reduced dmg in pvp

I really like your ideas! Of course not all of them at once, but especially reducing the cooldown in pve... why does pve have to suffer due to abusing mechanics in pvp? These two should be on a separate system or cooldown, at least for BSR skills.

It's obvious that bsr is imbalanced and broken and has been for a while, but PA is clueless when it comes to balance. Some classes have absolutely garbage bsr, then you have zerker, valk, maegue, wizard, etc. who have game breaking 100s. The 200s should just be removed period from pvp. 

There is no hope that PA can balance bsrs, so probably just remove the 100s too.

BSR system would need tweaks to address some concerns before making the 200% more accessible. For starters, i think all of the 100% and 200% rage skills should be as impactful as Valk's and Zerk's. There should also be a 30 minute soft cooldown on all of them, so that they can still be used during cooldown, with drastically reduced damage in PVP with CC and pull effects nullified too. That would keep them usuable in PVE without affecting PVP too much. The Rage Transfer skill should probably get deleted or replaced with something else.

It would be a shame to delete them and to neglect them given the effort put into a lot of their flashy animations. They are obviously intended to be the "ultimate" skill, but a lot of them don't feel that way. Most aren't worth using over a combo or skill that deals more damage in the time it takes to finish the ultimate's animation. They should be powerful.
