Bug tested:
Is Pet Damage scaling with Special Attack Damage after the 3rd May Patch?
To test Special Attack Damage scaling with Pet Damage, I simply went to the Global Lab, noted the hit damage numbers on back attacks against Elvia Bandits, noted the variation, then did the same with Assassin Elixir popped to see any changes. Such a test can be reproduced for any special attacks (Critical Strike Damage, Down Attack Damage) with the appropriate elixir and conditions.
RESULTS

Special Attack Damage such as Back Attack did not add any damage against the Monster. Therefore; Pet Damage is still not affected by Special Attack Damage modifiers such as +10% Special Attacks from Green Offhands, % Crit Damage, % Down Attack Damage or % Back Attack Damage, et cetera.

when can we expect fix for this, because this is actually crippling disadvantage compared to classes that dont rely heavily on pets damage.

Yes indeed. I had been saying word for word that for Awakening Casters, you don't necessarily want the Green Sub-Weapons and wish to stick to Nouver because about half of the damage bonus from special attack isn't applied to them. While, Nouver's Special Attack Evasion is 100% applied to them.
I tried to avoid the Green Sub Weapon issue, but the Green Sub Weapon issue came right back up to us.
It's sad because Down Attacks and Back Attacks are designs that are clearly intended for the summoned pets, but sadly, they don't gain benefits when investing into it.

i wonder how they justify this.... we are literally losing hundreds of billios worth of effciency on big portion of our kit with this poorly coded damage calculations. it makes me feel actually angry now that time has passes and they arent addressing this important issue.
