What should be done to succeed in fishing grunts ? It's for the Bartali's book.

Does the character have to have special technical characteristics ?

Do you have to do anythinf in particular ?

I tried to fish some for about 1 hour / 1 hour 30.

All I managed to get were mackerels, eels and 2 or 3  other species.

Best is to go to the Velia hotspot, and leave your character fishing there overnight. You are highly likely to get the fish there.

You will usually find a lot of people fishing there, so you know when youre at the right spot.

Grunt is a rare fish, so not catching any Grunt fish in 90 minutes is nothing strange.

It is definitely better to complete such a quest through a hot spot (a place over which seagulls are circling), every fish will be yellow there.

Each hotspot has a specific species of fish that can be caught there.

Yes it's done. It was even the first time I fished since I started playing. I'm level 60 for Maegu, but I've played almost every other class before, either on PS5 or XBOX.
All I harvested was about ten eels, the same for mackerel, and several other species. In total, I had to catch about 30 fish, near the cliff, where there were already other players.

Too bad for the pass quest. I won't have enough time to finish it.

But I'il try an another time, just so I don't I have to admit I was defeated for this quest.
