Suggestion/Comments:

Sailing, training, and barter exp is horrid.  It should not take 10 years to hit G1 sailing.  I've been training horses and capturing horses all day at Artisan 9 and only gained about 60%, with 3 buffs going + old moon + lifeskill event. 

Suggestion for Sailing is to increase the passive Sailing exp from sailing around by 10x for both coastal waters and Margoria, increase the exp gained from sailing daily quests by 5 times, increase the random sailor event "Secret Sailing Book" exp by 5 times.  Remove "seaweed" and "sea water" that gets picked up by sailors and instead add a sailing by product that we can exchange for either ship upgrade mats, crow coins, or sailing exp/contribution.

Suggestion for Barter would be to just add barter exp to the 4 bartering daily quests (2 at oquilla, 1 at velia, 1 at illya island).  Add a barter byproduct that can randomly be obtained by bartering that can be exchanged for crow barter vouchers, ship upgrade mats, crow coins, or barter exp/contribution.

Suggestion for Training would be to increase passive training exp from riding by 3 times, increase horse taming exp by 5 times, and add training exp to the other horse-related daily quests (royal fern, mythical feather, carrot confit quests, etc).  Add a training byproduct that can be randomly obtained by registering tamed horses that can be exchanged for carrot confits, T9 awakening mats, or training exp/contribution.

Please bring these lifeskills up to par with the rest of the lifeskills.

People who lifeskill should realistically be able to hit Guru 50. Training has great benefits to hitting levels rather than just having straight mastery. I'm sure PA knows the exacts of how many Guru trainer's there are, and I'm pretty sure there aren't many Sailors who have even hit Guru 1. I've seen some Guru 50 barterer's, so its achievable, at least more than Sailing and Training.

A byproduct for sailing/training and bartering would be a small bandaid for the problem. Sea monsters should grant more sailing XP, training horse skills should grant XP.

Biggest problem with bartering is it's P2W.. they need to remove the P2W aspect (from Value Pack).  No other lifeskill is gated like that.
