At the last ball PA said they were considering moving the servers to a more central location. Any further information on this?

As one of the many Oceania players my hope is that they never do. Try playing with a ping near 300 every day and then see if you want that move to make the ping even higher. Before you say go to SEA I will tell you that from reports the ping is no better and as a player since launch who has spent a lot of real life money and many thousands of hours I am not starting again.

Unless they give us our own server , but thats highly unlikely as most regions think we dont "deserve" it, with PAs judgement i have doubts it will happen an i doubt it will be in the works because of the time an effort to do something like this. With moving to sea would cost to much to split the information even if its under a accepted guideline, where we apply for it.
