If you would direct your attentio to just 1 post above yours. You will be able to see that I agree BOTH need to be nerfed. Also, you mentioned grab so youre mentioning awakened sage. Awakened sage is nowhere near, not even in the same ballpark in strength compared to maegu and succ sage. It is a super armor movement class with worse stamina issues than a sorc.
I couldn't direct my attention to the post above because it wasn't there when I was making mine.
Maegu's gonna keep getting nerfed, I think, slowly, as she's reaching the end of her shelf life (she'll probably fall in line with all the other average performers after the awakening honeymoon). Looking forward seeing striker nerfed a bit. Oh wait, he was... well, not nerfed, but buffed. Same thing.
I don't disagree with you, btw. I just don't see those changes happen for the reasons you're mentioning. And, looking at how PA usually handles these class balances, I'd rather maegu won't turn into a succ nova (talking pve here), pretty but useless (didn't play that class in a year, so maybe they necroed her a bit, wouldn't know and a bit too late to care, 'cause new shiny things in the character selection screen).
Lastly, when that time comes, for maegu to be a pleb, I'm rooting for her to have some really good company as discussed above :)
