Extend effect transparacy options

I am playing with an effect transparacy set on 40% most of the time because many effect are way too much for my eyes.
Sadly there are some effects in the game which I would like to see on 100% transparacy (e.g. Black Star shining/particle effects).

I think it would be nice to have multiple effect transparacy slider instead of just one.
Please consider to implement more effect transparacy slider, such as:
- skilll effect transparacy
- skilll effect transparacy
- other player skill effect transparacy
- equipment effect transparacy (Black Star)
- enviroment effect transparacy (T9/T10 Horse effects)
- puzzle effect transparacy (Colors of Atoraxxion dungeons!!!)

This is a seriously necessary piece of QoL. I don't want to virtually disable my own and environmental effects just because I want to be able to see something through Maegu's skills.
I also kinda think they should do that with the audio settings (own voice/others' voices), but that's a different topic, I guess :)
This was hidden by admin due to the reports it has received.
