That latest bit of context made it much clearer to me regarding your expectations with Elementalization allowing the Witch to use another charge of ultimate teleport.
I understand that you'd be able to double teleport in, Voltaic -> Thunderstorm -> Barrage -> Elementalization -> (1) Ultimate: Teleport and skip ahead the requirements of teleport. Or just Elementalization -> (1) Ultimate : Teleport in a skirmish if you did not feel like Elementalization brought you to safety...

That being said, I would reiterate the idea that Ultimate Teleport shouldn't have a cooldown for Awakening. BUT. Given that, it's only castable on SPACE BAR after:
1. Teleport
2. Elementalization
So, you'd be able to do. Teleport -> Ultimate Teleport -> Elementalization -> Ultimate Teleport. That would be the highest chain you can commit to.

In my suggestion it would be Ultimate: Teleport, same skill be it chained after Teleport or Elementalization. So it would mean it works instantly no cast time same as when you use Ultimate: Teleport in double teleporting currently.
I disagree that that it is too strong and actually with 3 charges that I heavily suggest it being, means it is 4x teleport (= 1xTeleport and 3xUltimate) ofc in the end you can still add even elementalize but that would require casting elementalize and the casting it takes almost longer than for best mobility classes to zup over the distance it moves. This is where current mobility in BDO is at and then think of the huge drawback if you actually use all your charges. You can't do any ultimate in 8-9 seconds until first charge is back up and as said simple tele or elem without ulti step is so short it's laughable these days.

Are we, the few awaken mage players still in existence, really saying we are happy for the distance traveled by teleport and ultimate? Even when there are classes that can use their modern mobility skills to cover even farther distance (than TP+Ulti) in time it takes for us to cast our TP?
The game did not stop developing after we received Ulti teleport which was fine for that era but seriously lacking in distance in current era.
Sure we need also defenses which iframes would help, same as we need alot more pvp damage - against some classes because their class v class modifiers are tuned to succession NOT for awakening, but those are another issues, this topic is purely about our mobility. Oh and fast mobility can be a defensive measure unto itself.
yeah sure after succ nova gets SA damage reduction and 2 more iframe movements.
pretty sure they removed the sa damage reduction a year or so ago when they did the class "reworks"....
unless you are talking about protected area which got nerfed to the ground and effectively stuns you while you do it

There seems to be a bit of a disconnect between wizard and witch players on this one, likely due to wizard having 2 additional protected movement abilities.
I think a good middle ground here would be:
-replacing the useless q block on awake witch with something more like maegu's sa q dash
-making elementalization a full iframe and moving it back to s+space or onto s+q
-lowering the cooldown of magical evasion from 4 seconds to 1 or 2 seconds, which would be more inline with other classes.
Sure as long as succ nova's defenses are nerfed and ability-animations slowed so that they die as easily as awaken mages do :D
Forgot to mention relace their ranged grab with nothing, make the summons cosmetic, and remove sa and movement on block

Give awaken mages more mobility OR better yet NERF all the high mobile classes you have been adding of late, get mobility back down what it was 5 years ago when skill actually mattered more than how far you blink on a laggy server to do 1 hit kills with your uberFOTM9001 class
