Suggestions/Comments:
Pretty simple suggestion here and I think it's long overdue. Some way for guild masters to Merc out and enjoy other war content would be great. I know the population of Guild masters is slim compared to the rest of the game, but being locked out of this very fun content is pretty discouraging to be a GM for extended times, especially when one of a T1 guild seeking to fight t2's every now and then, or siege. Im sure there's good reason for why it isnt already a possibility in the game but im sure there is a solution out there.

Support! There are plenty of reasons a GM would like to war hero. Siege, nws, thats just the tip of the iceburg. With staff and advisor roles in place, we as Guild Masters can easily assign someone one to handle things in our brief abscence.

Oh good heavens, PLEASE.
Some of us run guilds that don't want to do larger scale PvP content. Sure, we could throw leadership at someone, but it's more of a hassle than anything to get a few hours of different content a week.
