Just some more guild add-ons I thought would be helpful:

Cross-server mission alerts:

    - Announces when someone takes a mission

    - Has an indicator at top right of screen, stating there are missions active

    - In the guild mission tab, it could show all active missions

Those I think would help others to participate, and knowing there are missions active outside of their own server.

Option to adjust default contract:

     - Have ability to change pay from 30k

     - Have ability to change promotion time

Re-think the idea of blind auctions:

     - Have a guild house that is rented, instead of auctioned to highest bidder 

    - The house could be similar to the mansion, and different ranks could customize it.

    There's multiple threads on this one, but the lack of participation this causes makes it so only large or rich guilds advance further.

I'd also like to add that contract renewals need changed.

Currently, individuals have to be online at same time as you to send/accept another.

There's also no alert to Staff+ nor the individual, when they expire, except by seeing the Contract status color.

I believe there should be an Offline mode contract system, and just have the button appear at top right of screen, similar to CTG skill.

Change phrasing of contracts:

Instead of it saying default contract phrases, with accept/denying buttons ... instilling fear of a random contract popping up, and thinking you'll get kicked... it should change what it says, based on renewal or expired like:

Renewal:

A contract renewal for <GuildName> has been issued.

Change in contract:

Before: 400,000 for 30 Days

After: 840,000 for 365 Days

Would you like to accept?

By clicking Yes, you will take on the new contract.

By clicking No, it will refresh contract to your old rate.

Expired:

Your previous contract with <GuildName> has expired. By not renewing, you lose out on Guild Buffs, Daily Pay, and Boss Participations. By renewing your contract, you will start receiving these benefits, again. Would you like to accept the new contract request? By clicking Yes, you will take on the new pay rate. By clicking No, you will receive your old payout.

Both these give the option to use Old/New rate, and regardless it refreshes the timer.

Payout should be Automatic:

If you login everyday, but don't claim your payout, it does *Not* currently keep adding funds for you to claim.

This should change to either accrue your current rate until you click, be sent to your mail, or add it to your challenge funds.
