So im pretty sure it should say "Dice". It also shows "Die" when obtained at the BSA, i guess someone just forgot the c.

Technically, singluar of "Dice" is one "die" (though dice can be used for both singular and plural forms). So its not incorrect. As these pieces make up one die, and not multiple dice, it would be correct the way it is written there, even if it does sound a bit weird to those not used to the singular of "dice".
