Hey my fellow Maehwa-enjoyers and others!

Since the last change of the "E-buff" General's Might I was really fond of trying Oppression with E as an insta-cast through E (so not locked, no hotbar cast) and tried to play with it around a bit. Now, since the changes came through I was like "yeah, I don't really need it on E-key since hotbar is good enough for pve/pvp uses and wanted to lock it, but check this out: 

So if you haven't noticed yet, even after the changes, General's Might is still lockable, though there is no key to cast it in the first place anyways AND for Oppression, if you'd like to disable it for E you can't for some reason and therefore it screws up your movement if for example Ice Fang (W+E) or Flow: Frostflower (S+E) is being used while on CD (they don't work on CD so Oppression gets casted instead and you will 99% get cc'd from it in pvp... so now it came to my question, (if) with what update that will be fixed since I can imagine there is a lot of other awak Maehwa players that might have noticed the same. Just make it so E buff is not lockable, but Oppression is. Ez fix
