Where is the off switch?

I have been trying for hours to turn them off now, Have you had any luck yet?

It's not in the Alerts section where I found all the other things that would have made me quit the game within an hour had I not found out how to turn them off 6 years ago.  Not in the Show/Hide or the QoL sections either.  Not anywhere I could see, whether it would make sense for the option to be there or not.

Wow, you guys are leaving because of this? Chill out snowflakes. But yes, having it globally is annoying. I would like it to be displayed for the very first Adventurer that beats the level OR at least in your guild/friendlist only, but i dont mind that much.

Its not being a snowflake to want to be able to enjoy the game. It covers like 15% of my screen and pops up at random intervals. I cant focus on what I'm doing and when its on the screen I cant SEE what I'm trying to do. Its game breaking, for me.

And its literally announcing a really boring basic game content to everyone - what is the point? Might as well announce to the entire server whenever anyone beats a rift boss or picks up a piece of trash loot, too. Its a garbage notification that means literally nothing to anyone but we have to suffer it, and then be called snowflakes because "you dont mind it that much".

I wonder whose idea was this, and who approved it to production. And are those people still working ith the compnay.
