And most classes have realy covered costumes, full armors etc. Also like I said its magic, sometimes little peace of clothes protecsts you more than full plate armor... Thats how magic works ;)

And if OP dont know there is option that can reduce the effects a lot. I use it, because yea sometimes you cant see when enemy is.

The soul of BDO is different now since the days of 2016 when the theme of this game was simpler and more medieval. When the game was new, the total amount of raw human breasts and flashy magical dance spells was limited to only a few classes. But now it seems like every single one of them is a sailor-simp captain now because sex sells and the majority of the players are perverted beyond reasonable belief.

There is just so much to say here on this topic and so much to unpack, it deserves it own post.

Definitely agree! If you notice the design of BDO world is magnetic and historical accurate on the designs of is cities and castles. Details mostly ignored by many fantasy/medieval games. The part where they screw it is giving away this art masterpiece to the cash seekers and the game became the most flashy prostitute on high heels. Barely none of the outfits in the cash shop match the game design. And yeah I'm sick tired of the Barbies on high heels. There are so many good ideas for classes, like the lion people from Kamasylvia, the dwarves, the wolves from Driegan, the goblins, the deer people etc. If you look at the game now days it aesthetically looks like a broken thing modded by a child. You see players in glowing neon colors, unrealistic horses everywhere, inside temples, on rooftops doing nothing but ruining the scenery. It literally feels like when a child mod Skyrim and you expect Thomas the train flying around. I also never understood the obsession with the high heels on adventurers, is incredibly moronic and the awful unrealistic armors that expose all your vitals. People that don't know about history probably don't notice the immense absurdity on this things that abandoned the medieval fantasy genre jumping into a parody. Ignorance is bliss. Is really sad, specially knowing the masterpiece in world design that this game have. The design is so realistic that for the first time I find killing holes in the gates of the Median Castle. (Killing holes are holes that where build on fortifications, specially the gates to throw rocks, arrows, boiling water, heated sand etc to the invasor traped between the first and the second gate.) The people who designed the world, they really did their homework. Is sad to know this and be aware that many players would be focusing on how big and bouncy their boobs are. 

This. Been playing MMOs for over 20 years ,and I have never, ever encountered an asian MMO that tres to provide immersion. The "rule of cool" trumps lore and immersion, always.

Western MMOs are a bit better on that aspect, but have their own flaws. Like, the absurdly gigantic shoulderpads in WoW. If you lose your tower shield, you can get a makeshift one by just holding a shoulderpad in your hand, I'm sure.

I cant agree with this post, first the amount of magic or strenght characters in a game lore has is up to the creator of mentioned universe not your idea of it. There are Universes where characters has unlimited magic or candestroy cities with their fists. Second how players characters look its up to a player, so the half naked girls you saw are choices ppl made, woman players too its just pretty. There are full armors for most woman characters but they just arent so popular, its not about being perverted, most ppl just prefer to look at something pretty thats it. Yes it sells but its sells because people wants to buy it. I mean if you prefere you can make a fat, ugly and plat female character with full armor and closed visor it is up to you. For the effects hmm I know you can just turn them off or lower opacity if that dosnt work than maybe you are right, personally I dont mind them.

(Also for immersion my main character is ninja, but in my opinion it should not be someone else problem who is playing what)

I have to admit, "Shai needs to show more skin" being the most upvoted feedback and swiftly implemented kinda irked me as well.
