Sangoon one shotting out of post fight cutscene?

The boss sangoon in the story quest "[Sangoon] In Defying the Decree of Ahshi" continues to use his ability through the cutscene in the middle of the fight and one hits as you come out of it as you can see in this clip i was still animation locked coming out of it and died instantly this has happened 11 times, is there something unintended im missing im posting here due to expected bug. https://streamable.com/ik2pgi
This was hidden by admin due to the reports it has received.

Yeah Sangoon seems heavily bugged, supposedly the quest auto completes now upon receiving it... But it does not, at least not for me.
Every time i try to fight Sangoon he barely takes dmg (i have 297AP), and eventually seems to enrage and onehit me. So i'm stuck in the Story for now, let's hope they fix this soon.

Same for me, 305 AP, 404 DP. I deal very little damage to him and so does he to me, but at some random point he just one-shots me. Sometimes it takes around 15min but then woosh and I'm gone... As if the whole quest-pile and the unskippable cut scenes aren't torture enough... Once again thanks PA.

Same is happening to me with Gumiho. After the last stage when I'm about to kill her she disappear and one shot kill me. This is the 5 time it happened and I'm at full health when I got killed. I don't know what else to do. I'm stuck on that quest.

I just got one shot by him as well.
The story did not auto-complete. However, after I clicked the rentry I was easily able to defeat him.
He did not do that huge AOE again, and the fight was over in under 1 minute
Make sure that when you see the message : *You feel a chill down your spine*, you dash behind him asap and nuke :)
He will lose his DP buff after that, and shortly after he will be easily defeated.

Does not work for me, no matter what i do he keeps his DP buff.

What do you mean by _nuke_? Just deal damage or a specific CC, i.e. stun him?

Same for me, I beat on him for about 10min or so, he takes almost no damage then suddenly one shots me....
**I found that when you see the *you feel a chill* notice, you have to get behind him, and land a back attack BEFORE he can finish the move THEN he looses his DP buff and the fight goes real quick

u need to stun/stiffen the boss, when u get the message *You feel a chill down your spine*,
