Expansion.. 6 hours if main story, kill 5 bosses in 20 min only look at calamity and complete adventure log for 20 accuracy, craft dahn gloves forget this LOML even exist ... because in the end there is no point to go there.. everyone will visit this zone once per week do 5 bosses on calamity 5/6 in 20 mins and relog to their mains.. Dear PA fix LoML and add there normal grinding zones, otherwise it will be dead after 2-3 weeks.

another region that is irrelevant in a few weeks. wish certain lifeskills werent so marketplace dependent, dont see a good reason to continue paying for this. 

The cut scenes are the worst thing I've experienced in a video game since the unbearable launch of FFXIV back in the day. I have been doing other things in RL while they play. Wash dishes, do laundry, do anything but watch or listen to that mess. Nothing in the new area has been fun or engaging. I only do it to get the things that are locked behind the content; otherwise, id be fine grinding away at <fill in the name of any grind spot in BDO>. I've never made a comment or post like this on any other content in BDO. This is truly horrible.

Why 13 weeks ? Just do in 1st week calamity 1-5 Bambo Army take stats and and done xd rest are just extra rewards so its good, but if u dont care you can ignore it. You will earn more on grinding ..

I can't complain for free content. It would be worse to pay 60 dollars for an expansion and then be disappointed, like Elder scrolls online.  I find some of the stories interesting. Some a little bad. The player has no much importance in the story and have no personal meaning. One thing for sure is that I love the scenery. I'm moving my farm to the small manor. I don't care much about the bosses but I'm glad they are there as free content and something new in the game. The music is not much my taste, I rather prefer the Asian music like perfect world style. I don't mind that there are no grinding zones. I can hang around on life skill clothing without worries. Is refreshing and it gives a peaceful vive. I don't enjoy grinding like a hamster on a wheel, so I'm indifferent about it. I really like the new workers. There are plenty for me to discover at the moment so my opinion is limited but I don't think this expansion is bad. It could be my age but sometimes it baffles me how players get so obsessed with get, get, get and for what? The game is a loop, you get better gear to get more money to get better gear to get more money and there is, the hamster wheel. 😆 Enjoy the journey, because once you reach the destination you will need to find another journey to start. 

Backgroundmusic:

-Music in LoML reflects the traditions and sounds of ancient Korea. This includes various instruments like Gayageum, the piri, Haegeum and s.o . Personally I think that they nailed it pretty well, I never heard traditional korean music before and think they have truly imbued "Little Korea" with an exquisite authenticity through the harmonious melodies. But music is and stays always a thing of personal preference. Calling it straight "worst" is simply ignorance imo.

Uninteresting characters:

-Still better than having None. And I also liked most interactions with that maehwa girl and dolswe

Boring unskippable cutscenes:

-Maybe a couple are tedious to watch, but I can't recall ever having seen any AAA cutscenes in BDO before, I don't see a huge difference to the already existing cutscene's in Balenos etc, I think LoML did it even better this time. A couple were also great, I really liked the Songakshi one. I can see improvement already.

Boring Main Quest:

-They gave you like 9 different Bosses and even more Stories to play. I simply can't believe that someone would hate all of them. That's mad.

Terrible Voice acting:

-always had been

No Grindzones:

- That's the whole marketing point of that new continent. BDO trying to get away of the only grind approach and create space for newcomers and casuals, who want to enjoy something different than 350AP Grindspots and endless grind. I respect that, even though I would've been happy to see one or two grindspots too. But still future may bring something. Still there is a part of the map to be released in future.

You have to pay 16 mil to travel:

- Use a boat or swim ;) Or just go grind, that doesn't hurt soo bad

You need a fast horse to travel:

- Get one if you need it. I personally walked the whole time, enjoyed the scenery a bit too!

Crystals break:

- welcome to bdo

Hiring workers:

- Put an alt or two on the Island...

The bad: the overall expansion

They took the weakest part of the game, boss battles and made a whole expansion out of it. Goes as badly as you would imagine. 
Afaik you do bamboo village 5 times a week and forget about it. Pretty much like boss rifts but with less travel so at least there's that. The FPS also tanks there. Not sure if the rewards are worth doing even that tho. 

The whole shtick of bdo is pvevp and pking everything you see in sight at grind zones. Did exactly 0 pk ing in the new zone. Feels bad. Since i came back the only thing i killed were spamtrain valks (that godawefull thing in still in the game) while doing the daily ring quest. 

 

Korean male NPC's voice actors sounded like Yosemite Sam from looney tunes, really imersion breaking tbh.
