My main character is in LoML and doing the book quests, Currently doing [Officers] and the ninth last quest refuses to open as it keeps on insisting that I do the L49 quest (go to level 50).

ALL bar one character has done this quest, and I have 25 characters. The one that hasn't is Vell Alt.

Nothing is appearing in BS quests, main nor suggested like the "I have already done this" comment that alleviated this stupidity before.

Am currently scanning files, and now being told 'play Game'.

Suggestions?

I also got this confusing message, it wouldn't let me do the first Officers quest. Turned out it was trying to do this before finishing all the stories before, so had to manually select those. So I think it's jus the message that is a bug and it's some other condition that hasn't been met.

I have the same issue on my 61 seasonal char.

EDIT : You have to select manually the Tale of the Gumiho first quest in the quest menu.
This is required before the Officers Tale and for whatever reason, it's not prompted before officers tale
