Shai - rework

Hi,
I'm enyoing playing Shai class for a long time.
I would like to see few changes to improve gameplay:
-surfing on water with Yippee!
-change cooldown on Misty Haze from 3m to 1m
-need Bound CC and Knockdown CC on any skills from Main Section(you need to pick 1 Rabam to get Bound CC - Tumble Wumble).
-most important thing it's to give possibility to Caphras Artina Sol - we are lacking accuracy for no reason in comparasion to other classes.

I think the water on Yippie is not needed, though it would be cool asf, Yippie needs to be Super Armor.
Misty wont be changed like it was before, i highly doubt
With a Bound/KD cc, we need Down Attacks.

I think skateboarding needs a Super Armor. I think that nowadays all classes have a very long and well-protected route. I don't see why not give the shai an SA on skateboarding. Not to mention, the class is extremely unprotected. You are doomed to go full dp meme with evasion if you want to resist blows on the floor. It is true that their speed buff are good but honestly I feel that other classes like wizard and witch are more support than Shai itself.

The thing is not to make Shai good in PvP. The above suggestion are for PVE to improve experience around the world( it would be also a little improve for pvp but no one cares about shai pvp'ing).
Shai never was intended to be a PvP character, no need to change it.

Apparently Shai is fucking perfect because we haven't been buffed or nerfed in ages.
I just wish people would stop thinking about what Shai can do for their classes and focus on what Shai is lacking for herself. I refuse to believe that she was made simply to be a walking buff during NW/Siege. Do we make your classes go brrrrrrr? Yeah, because you are already just fine without us. Swap to Shai and don't buff yourself and see how toxic it is when your movement and attack speed are so low they're in hell. Then you complain we're OP because we increase your stats beyond what you're used to while we sit there with the stats you had when you weren't buffed at all.
Except you don't have to constantly stop to rebuff yourself every 60 seconds to maintain that level of gameplay.

I would also like for Yippie! to have one or more of the following
1. Stiffen on hit (See Zerk Stampede skill)
2. Frontal guard or SA
3. Let the skill be insta cast / skip the hop animation at the start

Thats why i wanted a skill that allows buffs to be activated for 10/20m but cant buff anyone...
