Add a Liana to Nampo Moodle Village for doing the dailies/weeklies.
People who want to make the new region their hometown must go back for the quests. Please add Liana or another NPC with the same quest pool.

Yes definetely this is the only thing preventing us to moving, I have bought the new mansion I absolutely love LOML and would never leave the island . Please add Liana.

Please add in general the Liana, Ludowig, Dalishain and at least 1 Imperial delivery even if they all end up in Moodle Village as a "Capital" also please consider 1 spot for horses maybe in the reed fields or in Bomnae County, it is odd to see horses and stable keepers but not a single Wild horse.

Imperial Delivery
Dalishain

Actually, let's not have the exact same NPC everywhere for these services, please. It makes it so unreal to have the same character everywhere, except for Fughar. He's our best friend, other than Ellie. We can have different stable workers, traders, blacksmiths, general vendors, market and storage people, and it doesn't get confusing. I don't know why we have to have only one NPC for lifeskill exchange. Is it too much to ask for a little imagination?
Also, a shai being in LoML seems to be taboo, as I haven't seen any NPC shai there. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough yet.

The NPCs are all local species, which makes sense. Apparently humans are the only global case.
Yeah, copies of the same NPCs aren't needed, just their functionality. That's pretty much what people are asking for, it's just easier to say 'Liana' as a label for the function. And then there's PA, that just does copy-paste.

Need Liana type npc, some spots to capture horses and add imperial delivery. Gathering spots like in Behr and Pilgrims heven would also be nice.
